The base design for this t-shirt is a printed image of the tree that became so popular in my booth at the different festivals we set up at.  I painted pure beeswax over the tree design after the first layer of hand dyeing.  It was then immersed in a second layer of dye for a period of time before being boiled clean.  

I noticed this particular shirt runs shorter in the torso than the other size XL shirts that were batiked in the same batch.  It looks like one of those variations that happens from time to time, but because of this sizing inconsistency, I must put it in the sale basket.
